Here is just a straight to the point sum up of what the meaning is and differences are between elopement ,micro & intimate weddings.

What is an elopement Vs a micro & intimate wedding?

Elopement wedding day:

Is small group or just you two going somewhere in the sprung of the moment where you two decided like a week ago even a day ago, and said to each other "LETS DO THIS! LETS GET MARRIED RIGHT NOW!" not much planning is involved, no consent from other people , you just literally go get married.

Micro wedding day:

Can be planned in advance like a traditional wedding. You can stay in town or go out of town and do a micro destination wedding day. A micro wedding consists of you two and immediate family members and like 1 friend.

Intimate wedding day:

Can be planned in advance like a traditional wedding day. You can stay in town or go out of town and do an intimate destination wedding. Intimate weddings consists family members and only close friends. Averaging guest count between 50 -100 guests
